    Why yoga / pilates?
    So many reasons… Yoga for mental and physical health. A strong mind and body plus connecting to the universal conscious. To feel good, get the body moving in a way that you wouldn’t in every day. Because its doing something nice for yourself, connects with emotions and clears out negative thoughts. To remove the ego and find growth in all aspects of yourself.

    My teaching style is… / In my classes you can expect…
    Quite fluid, I come from a dance background and love a continuous movement in vinyasa. I love pranayama in the beginning of class and a few strong holds to get the core switched on.

    In my spare time you’ll find me…
    Either at the yoga studio or with my boyfriend chilling out. I love going to the beach so most likely soaking that up too!

    Favourite yoga pose & why
    I think because my back is so flexile im always doing wheel pose.

    If not me, who. If not now, when? I’m also very good at winging life decisions and tend to go with the flow.

    The best piece of advice I ever received is…
    I went to a book launch with Kemi Nekvapil. I have never seen so many people receive such great advice. She is magic.

    I can’t live without…
    Going on adventures and being away from the beach for too long.

    Somewhere tropical and warm!! I have been to a lot of islands…
