• Cucumber, Banana and Mango Smoothie Bowl

    Summer Days with temperatures tipping the 30’s are calling for our Cucumber, Banana and Mango smoothie bowl. One of our favourite green smoothie combinations to rehydrate and stay fresh as things start to heat up on and off the mat.

    1 banana (frozen optional)

    half a cucumber

    1 mango cheek

    1 small bunch of spinach

    1.5 tbs of chia seeds (optional extra protein and omega 3)

    1 tsp of Loving Earth Maca

    1 heaped Teaspoons of Amazonia Vegan Protein Powder

    Start by adding all chopped up ingredients to the blender. Process on high-speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the consistency is smooth and silky. Voila! Can top with Pepitas and Almonds to top for extra Iron and crunch.
