    My teaching style is… 
    Strong, engaged, connected and reflects how I’m feeling at the time (i.e. vibrant, grounded, airy, powerful). 
     
    In my classes you can expect… 
    Astute attention to detail, deep connection with breath, a call for my students to connect to their true self and deep hip openers. 
     
    In my spare time you’ll find me…
    Practicing yoga, working on one of my many projects I have on the go, cooking, talking to my dogs. 
     
    Favourite yoga pose & why 
    Agistambhasana – double pigeon. I love this asana cause it’s so humbling. One day you can be completely doubled over, other days the shins can not stack. For me it’s the perfect asana to check the ego and trust the process. 
    I’m inspired by… 
    My mum. She is an incomplete quadriplegic and has battled breast cancer twice. Unbelievable woman with unmeasurable tenacity and quite strength.   
     
    My philosophy/mantra for life is… 
    Let go or be dragged. 
     
    The best piece of advice I ever received is… 
    You can only be your self cause everyone else is taken.

    I can’t live without…
    Cuddles from my dogs + husband. 
     
    Someone once told me… 
    No one knows what they are doing. You got this baby. 
     
    Favourite food 
    Kale cooked in coconut oil, shakshuka, mushrooms roasted in thyme with butter, halloumi, licorice tea. Anything my husband cooks me. 
     
    Favourite holiday destination
    San Sebastian in Spain. 
     
    Drink of choice
    Chai latte with coconut milk or sparkling mineral water with lemon. I’m really awesome and think that alcohol tastes like the devil.
