    We have updated the schedule according to requests from students, thank you all for your feedback. 

    This current schedule will run until the end of April where we will reassess and add classes as needed. Please continue to email Mandy at info@kindredmovement.com.au to request class styles and times. 


    Monday 12.15pm Pilates Express becomes 12.15pm Slow Flow Express
    Tuesday 7.15pm Yin will be with Hugh Lee
    Wednesday 7.15pm Pilates becomes 7.15pm Power Flow with Emily 
    Saturday 8am Power Flow moves to 9.15am with Laura 
    Saturday 9.15am Beginners Yoga moves to 10.30am with Laura
    Sunday 8am Pilates moves to 8am Saturday with Chelsea


    Sunday 9am Slow Flow (75 min) replaces Sunday 9.15am Slow Flow / Yin with Mandy 
    Sunday 5.30pm Yin + Meditation (75 min) with Mandy
