• Create consistency, build and maintain a solid practice during the warmer months with our Sweet 16 Summer Challenge.

    How does it work?

    - Runs from 1 - 28 February 2017
    - Practice an achievable 16 classes across this 4 week period - we recommend 4 classes per week including at least one Yin
    - Choose from Power Flow, Slow Flow, Beginners Yoga, Pilates, Slow Flow / Yin or Yin according to your energy levels
    - Record your visits on our in-studio Challenger board
    - Receive a choc-a-bloc Summer goodie bag including products from Biore, John Frieda, Tom Organics, Paleo Pure, Impala Peacock, Keeko Oil and Turmelixir

    How much does it cost?

    - FREE for all current members on an unlimited weekly membership
    - $130 for 1 month unlimited membership (1 - 28 FEB only) for non-members

    How do I sign up?

    - Current members please email Mandy HERE to sign up for the challenge starting 1 Feb or pop your name on our in studio Challenger board
    - Non-members book and pay online using the price option "SUMMER SPECIAL $130 for Feb"

    We believe that there are enough expectations and pressure on ourselves, without adding our practice to the list. Maintaining a practice of 4 classes per week is achievable without stretching ourselves beyond limitations, creating a solid consistency through the Summer months.
