    Create consistency, build and maintain a solid practice during the Winter months with our Sweet 16 Winter Challenge. 

    How does it work? 

    - Runs from 11 July - 7 August
    - Practice an achievable 16 classes across this 4 week period - we recommend 4 classes per week including at least one Yin
    - Choose from Power Flow, Slow Flow, Beginners Yoga, Pilates, Slow Flow / Yin or Yin according to your energy levels
    - Record your visits on our in-studio Challenger board 
    - Receive a choc-a-bloc Winter body saving goodie bag including products from Matcha Maiden, Summer Love Body Scrub, Biore, Jergens, Molton Brown & John Frieda
    - Including FREE bliss balls for all 6.30am morning classes for the month of July

    How much does it cost? 

    - FREE for all current members on an unlimited membership 
    - $140 for non-members ($8.75 per class)

    - Non-members click HERE and select "Sweet 16 Winter Challenge" under the Online Shop tab. Membership is valid from 11 July - 7 August only. 

    Cold, dark mornings and winter nights are not particularly conducive to encouraging you to roll out your mat and get to your regular yoga class; however, it is perhaps the single most important decision you could make to support your mind and body as you move through the coldest season of the year.

    We also believe that there are enough expectations and pressure on ourselves, without adding our practice to the list. Maintaining a practice of 4 classes per week is achievable without stretching ourselves beyond limitations, creating a solid consistency through the chilly months.
