Back by popular demand! Create consistency, build and maintain a solid practice during the Winter months with our Sweet 16 Mid-Winter Challenge. 

    Cold, dark mornings and winter nights are not particularly conducive to encouraging you to roll out your mat and get to your regular yoga class; however, it is perhaps the single most important decision you could make to support your mind and body as you move through the coldest season of the year.

    We also believe that there are enough expectations and pressure on ourselves, without adding our practice to the list. Maintaining a practice of 4 classes per week is achievable without stretching ourselves beyond limitations, creating a solid consistency through the chilly months. 

    How does it work? 

    - Runs from 3 - 30 July
    - Practice an achievable 16 classes across this 4 week period - we recommend 4 classes per week including at least one Yin or Yang|Yin
    - Choose from Vinyasa Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Vinyasa Foundations, Pilates, Yang|Yin or Yin according to your energy levels
    - Record your visits on our in-studio Challenger board 
    - Receive a choc-a-bloc Winter body saving goodie bag including products from Bakemixes, Impala Peacock Tea, Save Our Skin, Raw Lipbalm and Biore. There is an EXTRA special gift reserved for those that complete the challenge. 

    How much does it cost? 

    - FREE for all current members on an unlimited membership 
    - $130 for non-members ($8.13 per class). Membership is valid from 3 - 30 July only.
