    Victoria's yoga teaching journey began with completing the 350 hour Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching with the Australian Yoga Academy. After practicing for 8 years, she finally decided to take her yoga practice and knowledge a step further. Yoga is her daily dose of clarity, and she wants to share her love and passion for the practice with her students.

    Why yoga?
    I think of yoga as a daily dose of inspiration that keeps me connected both to myself and to others. It also provides time for me to check in, reset and find space in the clutter of my mind and life in general.

    In my classes you can expect... 
    A slow juicy class that will get you flowing with breath and aware of your alignment along the way. 

    In my spare time you'll find me...
    On the mat, followed by brunch, followed by the beach. 

    Favourite yoga pose & why 
    Anahatasana because I love the way it gradually creates space and opens up through the shoulders and heart.

    I'm inspired by...
    A great book or movie, a meaningful conversation, being outside.

    My philosophy/mantra for life is... 
    Try to find the lessons or positives out of all situations because even though life isn't perfect, that doesn't mean beauty and gratitude can’t be found.

    The best piece of advice I ever received is...
    Go with your gut.
